EY didn't want to have just any anniversary celebration. They used their 135th anniversary as an opportunity to connect with and thank their 7,000 employees for their efforts and commitment. They also wanted to look towards the future together, be prepared together, and experience a shared sense of pride in where they currently stand. They wanted their employees to feel that there is only one employer for them, and that's EY!

Creative concept 

We aimed to exceed all expectations and create a wow effect in every detail, just like EY. So, how did we manage to achieve this? We implemented a powerful online invitation process, secured a top location at Ziggo Dome, with photos of colleagues displayed outside, and created an impressive EY experience inside. Additionally, we arranged for a range of top artists to perform, with renowned DJ Armin van Buuren concluding the event.
