Boskalis asked us to organize an unforgettable company festival as a thank you for the efforts of their employees. Our goal: a surprising, evening-long program for 4,000 guests, with the theme Celebrate Good Times!
Creative concept
On June 1st, 2024, we transformed Ahoy Rotterdam into a grand festival site with 5 thematically decorated halls and 18 areas, perfectly tailored to the diverse preferences of the Boskalis employees. Celebrate Good Times! came to life with a rich offer of entertainment, food and activitions. With a special event app, employees could create their personal program and enjoy a taste of the festival in advance.
Impressive Impact
The Boskalis Festival received great response, with enthusiastic comments from Boskalis: "It was once again unforgettable, enjoyed every moment and rightfully was an evening of Celebrate Good Times!" The event app, with more than 3,400 active users and 131,000 views, was an essential addition that increased engagement and enhanced the experience before, during and after the festival.
