To reinforce this principle, Boskalis asked Fijnevent to create an immersive safety experience for their employees working at various project sites across the country. Fijnevent was tasked with delivering a message that emphasizes the importance of safety while providing a memorable experience to create a lasting impact.
Creative concept
The show was called Cirque Boskali, and it aimed to promote safety in the workplace in an engaging way. The circus tent, trapeze act, and overall atmosphere created an exciting and memorable experience. The theme of safety was consistently highlighted, including a touching real-life story about a workplace accident. The audience was encouraged to discuss and find ways to improve safety practices in their own workplaces.
Impressive Impact
The initiative received a positive response from the employees. The combination of circus and safety made a lasting impression. It was a successful action under Boskalis' safety program No Injuries, No Accidents (NINA), where the message was shared in a memorable way, and 'working safely' became the theme for everyone.
